Delegate Phillips moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 2762 -- H. B. 2762 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §15A-11-3 and §15A-11-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to requiring the State Fire Commission to promulgate rules pertaining to sprinkler protection; requiring that buildings commencing construction after a certain date shall be protected by automatic sprinkler systems; providing that certain buildings are exempt from State Fire Code rules pertaining to sprinkler protection; providing that certain buildings are exempt from State Building Code rules pertaining to sprinkler protection.
